Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused, with tags

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending an item back to Dune Life Co. Once we receive and approve your return, we will either:

• Ship a replacement item, or

• Process a refund to your original payment method.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

• Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
